About and methodology

SPPrices is an independent Syrian financial-information platform. We separate local-market observations, official rates and global references. Global feeds are combined using a median after invalid values are removed; local quotes retain their source, timestamp and freshness. Local gold and silver references derive from global prices and local USD/SYP and exclude workmanship charges.

Correction policy

Reports containing city, currency, observation time and source are reviewed. Historical data is not silently rewritten; material corrections should retain a reason and timestamp.
